Serving the Church Through Political Action
Our Mission
Since 1997, Canada Family Action has served the church by navigating the political and governmental landscape. We lighten the load of church leadership by organizing complex political information into actionable insights.
When the church faces political challenges—elections, policy changes, or threats to religious freedom—we provide infrastructure and strategic support. This isn't about abandoning our spiritual mission; it's about protecting the church's ability to fulfill it.
Why Political Engagement Matters Now
Voices Being Silenced
Christian perspectives are systematically excluded from political parties. Justin Trudeau banned pro-life candidates from the Liberal Party. Now the Conservative Party is moving in the same direction.
Democracy at Risk
When Christians cannot participate in choosing candidates or influencing party platforms, we lose our voice in shaping the nation's future. This isn't just about one issue—it's about democratic access.
Special Operations Required
This moment demands strategic action. We're launching a special operation—a coordinated negotiation with the Conservative Party to secure our voice and values in the democratic process.
The Negotiation Framework
Our Starting Position
We have withdrawn support from the Conservative Party of Canada. This is not anger—it's strategy. A negotiation requires a clear starting point, and ours is straightforward: no money, no volunteer time, no votes until we reach a satisfactory resolution.
But here's the good news: we can fix this together. We're not walking away permanently. We're negotiating. The Conservative Party can hear what we need, consider our requests, and decide whether they want our support in the next election.
There is no going back to business as usual. What was before will never be again. The future depends on genuine negotiation and meaningful commitments.
Your Role as Chief Negotiator
01
Communicate Your Position
Contact your Conservative MP or candidate. State clearly: "I supported you before. I do not support you now—no money, no volunteer time, no vote. However, I'm open to negotiation."
02
Organize Locally
Gather fellow church members who share these concerns. Hold a meeting to discuss forming a negotiation team. Collective voices carry more weight than individual ones.
03
Present Clear Demands
When fundraisers call asking for donations, use it as an opportunity. Explain why you're withholding support and what it would take to regain it. Make them take notes.
04
Make Your Own Decision
Ultimately, you decide who gets your vote on Election Day. Gather intelligence, assess commitments, weigh promises against actions, and vote your conscience.
Pro-Life Platform Demands
What We're Asking For
Canada is one of only two countries in the world—along with North Korea—with absolutely no restrictions on abortion. Most Canadians support reasonable limits.
  • 84% oppose sex-selective abortion
  • 82% would vote for parties restricting sex-selective abortion
  • 70% support limiting late-term abortions
We're asking Conservative candidates to commit to policies already in the party platform: defunding abortion overseas and banning sex-selective abortion. We're also asking what they'll do about late-term abortion restrictions and judicial appointments.
Euthanasia Crisis in Canada
MAiD: Medical Assistance in Dying
What began as compassionate end-of-life care for the terminally ill has spiraled out of control. Canada now euthanizes people for mental illness, depression, and poverty. A 51-year-old psychiatric patient was killed on a day pass without his family's knowledge.
The fundamental problem: Canada's euthanasia law lacks definitions. Terms like "reasonably foreseeable natural death" and "irreparable medical condition" remain undefined, allowing doctors to interpret the law as broadly as they choose. Suffering is completely subjective—if a patient claims suffering, doctors must accept it.
Most shocking: doctors need only be "of the opinion" that someone fits the criteria. Once two signatures appear on the form, the procedure can proceed with virtually no legal recourse.
Our Euthanasia Policy Demands
Define the Law
Demand clear definitions for all terminology. What does "terminal illness" mean? What constitutes "suffering"? Precise language prevents abuse and protects vulnerable Canadians.
Reverse Mental Illness Provisions
Support Bill C-218, sponsored by Conservative MP Tamara Janssen, which would reverse euthanasia eligibility for mental illness alone. Depression is not a terminal condition.
Reform Judicial Appointments
Ensure future court appointments respect the sanctity of life. Laws protecting vulnerable citizens mean nothing if judges overturn them with activist rulings.
The Path Forward
1
Now: Active Negotiation
We're communicating with Conservative leadership, MPs, and candidates. Every conversation, every withheld donation, every clear statement of demands moves the negotiation forward.
2
Coming Months: Building Leverage
As more Christians join the negotiation, our collective voice grows stronger. Pierre Poilievre represents Canada's most pro-life riding—he needs to hear from his constituents.
3
Election Day: Your Decision
Assess what the party has offered. Compare local candidate commitments with national leadership positions. Vote according to your informed conscience.

We Need You
This negotiation succeeds only with unified action across Canada. Every church member who contacts their MP matters. Every withheld donation sends a message. Every conversation with a candidate shapes the outcome.
If you have expertise in finance and economics, we especially need your insight as we prepare the church for economic challenges ahead. Email: president@familyaction.ca
Watch previous briefings from August and September for foundational context. Together, we're fighting for our voice in Canadian democracy—and we're fighting to protect the most vulnerable among us.
